Getting a job is one thing but being prepared for a job is something that is often over looked and is needed in order to secure a job. Identifying our consumer's employment skills, combines them with improved self-awareness, and prepares them for their job search. Having employment skills can help you get a job. They can also help you stay on the job and work your way upward within the company. 

Job Placement

Receiving news that you've finally been hired on a job is a feeling like no other. Assisting our consumers with the opportunity of gaining work experience is our main priority, this helps shape and mold a consumer's future as a professional. Determining if a consumer is ready for competitive or integrated employment is apart of the placement process. We evaluate the consumer’s current abilities or new blockers/barriers that appear. We also assist in the process of searching for available career options with our consumers. 

Job Coaching

Starting a new job for some individuals with disabilities can be challenging and the support needed on-the-job could be the difference maker in the consumer keeping their job. We assist our consumer's with real-time one on one assistance with learning and adapting to their job. Our focus is to ensure that our consumer's can adapt and learn their job effectively.
